A fallen and scorched palm tree lies within a fire ravaged forest. This image was captured on a 10”x8” view camera. I love the detail such a format gives, rendering a smoothness of image yet capturing even subtle nuance of detail. I love the fired bases of the surrounding trees against the black earth.
